to have full time jobs to get through the first
year. But we persevered and eventually

with great teammates – people with the
skills we could trust and who shared our
vision and goals.”

vision: a combination boutique hotel, first
class spa, fine dining restaurant – all located
in the bucolic countryside, yet close to a
