Chef Warren Brown was born in San Antonio Texas and raised in Cleveland Ohio. He attended George Washington University Law School and upon graduating in 1995 worked as a Federal Litigator. A short time later, Warren decided to take a risk and follow his heart. (He had been giving the same advice to his friends for years.) As a result, CakeLove was opened.
Warren has been featured in numerous magazines, among them, Kiplinger’s, where one unsuspecting reader named Oprah learned of his success. He soon received an invitation to appear on the Oprah Winfrey Show. The theme of the show was entitled. “What should I do with my life?” Warren clearly knew what to do with his life. Warren can also be seen in the Food Network Channel with a new show named "Sugar Rush"
When not creating exquisite deserts, Warren enjoys yoga, running and going to the movies. His second establishment, Love Café is located across the street from "Cakelove".
