Chad Vandegrift
Senior Executive Chef, Camden Yards, Baltimore

Chef Chad Vandegrift has extensive experience in the world of culinary arts, overseeing premium culinary operations at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium, and Verizon Center -- serving over 200 Luxury suites, restaurants and concessions.

Originally from Crofton, Maryland, Chef Chad received his professional training from Baltimore International Culinary College where he graduated in the top ten of his class. He's also studied in Dublin, Ireland, where he worked for one of Ireland's Master Chefs.

Prior to joining ARAMARK Chef Chad served as Executive chef at the Baltimore Hilton & Towers and was the Executive Sous Chef at both the Sheraton Inner Harbor and the Marriott Inner Harbor.
In addition to his many awards, citations and contributions, Chef Chad effectively manages a staff of over sixty cooks and pantry personnel. He's an active member in the Baltimore chapter of the American Culinary Federation and a member the Slow Food Organization.




A few of his more outstanding accomplishments:

• Cooking for former presidents Bill Clinton, George Bush ----and George W. Bush.

• He is a Culinary Institute of America certified ProChef -------level 2.

• Catered many Stanley Cup playoffs, NBA playoffs, -----------World Series, Super Bowls and the Republican National ---Convention in Philadelphia.

• Back stage catering for major concert events.

• Chef for numerous NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, MLS, owners ---and players
