Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Caprikorn’s 150 goats are free to roam and browse as nature intended. The fertile Blue Ridge area provides an ideal diet for high quality milk, with exceptional flavor for their cheeses. Saanen goats are a Swiss breed of domestic goats known for their high productivity of milk. Caprikorn’s raw goat cheeses are handmade in small batches from fresh goat’s milk and aged over 60 days.
