Tuscarora Organic Growers (TOG) took root in 1988 when a group of neighboring organic fruit and vegetable farmers joined forces to market their products. Today, they are comprised of more than 40 southern central-Pennsylvania farms to bring sustainable and fresh produce across the mid-Atlantic region. The cooperative includes organic, new generation, as well as Amish and Mennonite farmers. Each successive season has brought steady growth in sales, diversity, season length, and professionalism. TOG offers three primary functions for its farmers: marketing, coordination, and exceptional quality standards. From farm to city, Tuscarora is able to offer a variety of locally grown and organic produce throughout the year.
